Ductile Iron Castings

What is Ductile Iron Casting?
Ductile iron (EN-GJS) is a type of cast iron known for its excellent combination of strength and ductility, thanks to its nodular graphite structure. Unlike grey iron, where graphite forms as flakes, ductile iron features spherical graphite nodules that greatly improve mechanical properties. This makes it ideal for parts exposed to pressure, impact, and fatigue.

Production Capabilities
At DENZOF, we produce ductile iron castings ranging from 0.3 kg to 2,500 kg in a single piece. Our products are widely used in valve bodies, infrastructure parts, machinery components, and heavy-duty industrial applications. We offer flexible production for both low-quantity custom parts and high-volume series.
